Yo thank you so much for listening!! Really glad you like it! :D
Very nice, won't go into great detail here because it really won't help at this level, but I will say that you should be very careful with your stereo field and high frequencies. It can really throw off a song. The panning on some of the high percussion (shakers I presume) is too much. Just a little panning goes a long way with those more distinct elements in the song. I also think the volume of some of the shakers may be a bit loud, but I have never worked this type of music so I don't know for sure.
Given this was released in 2017, I don't my feedback will do anything here. I'll just state my general opinion on the song however. The drop is incredibly catchy. Naturally, I wish it was longer, but obviously it is just a concept. The thing dragging this song way down is the mix however. The high end is very messy. It for sure needs some eq-ing, as well as sidechaining. Everything is blending together, and what throws it off the most is the ride/crash that is playing consistently at the drop. It isn't bad idea, and would work if it was a bit quieter and everything was mixed a little more consistently. Outside of the mix, I don't have any issues except for a singular note in the drop's bassline. I won't clarify though because it's more a personal preference.
Hello! I'm Manny. This is just a silly username I came up with when I was about 15, and I haven't gotten around to changing it. I've been producing music for almost a year and a half now, and I specialize in drum n bass. I always appreciate any feedback!
